Caitlin Galbraith joined Convex Insurance in 2025, bringing over 7 years of London Market claims handling experience. Before joining Convex, Caitlin worked as a Claims Broker, where she built strong client and market connections and gained technical expertise across the Marine and Energy markets. 
Caitlin holds the CII Certificate in Insurance and is an Associate Member of the Association of Average Adjusters.
