Biography
Rachel joined Convex in February 2026. Rachel brings extensive knowledge and experience handling claims across multiple lines of business, focusing particularly on International and US Casualty liability claims. Rachel has worked in the insurance industry for over 11 years handling complex primary lead and excess claims. Rachel has previously held claims roles in broking, an MGA and at various Lloyd’s and London Market insurers. Rachel has a BA degree in Sociology and Archaeology from University College Dublin and a Diploma in Business Studies.
