We’ve created our Returners Programme for people who are interested in re-entering the workforce and relaunching their career with us. Successful applicants will join in specific critical roles within Convex, and you will be supported to learn about the business. We’ll buddy you up with another ‘Convexian’ (that is what we call ourselves) to help you successfully transition back to work and you will take part in a Career Returners Coaching Programme for ongoing support.

You will be…
  • Currently on a career break of at least 2 years (you’re welcome to apply if, during your career break, you’ve done voluntary or ad-hoc project work)
  • Interested in working for a company that embraces diversity of thought and sees the value of untapped talent. 
  • Looking for a supportive re-entry back into the workforce where you become a valuable addition to the business
  • Eligible to work in the UK and able to satisfy any regulatory requirements for the role if applicable
The programme…
  • A 6-month Returnship format with the intention of a permanent role at the end
  • You’ll join as part of a Returner cohort of individuals
  • Start date 6 February 2025
  • Our programme offers the Returner coaching, a supportive manager and a buddy
