Opportunities to grow – and give something back

We’re determined to improve. But we can only do that if we help our people to grow, develop and achieve their goals.

That’s why we offer mentoring schemes and skills workshops to help you develop professionally. And it’s why any employee can pitch an idea or personal dream to our Dream Team panel, for the chance to win the time, money or resources (or all three) to achieve their goal.We’re also keen to give back to our communities. We sponsor Alzheimer’s Research UK, and support other charities through Charity Committees in London and Bermuda. And every Convex employee has paid days each year to volunteer.

Convex are recruiting a trainee claims adjuster for our Claims Team, based in London. Reporting directly to the Chief Claims Officer, you will play a key role in the Claims Team in supporting the claims specialists across all classes of business.

Internship Opportunities


Summer Intern Program 2020, Bermuda

Are you inspired by new opportunities? Interested in creating our clients’ favourite insurer? Do you think differently? Become a Convexian.

We are searching for an intern to join our team in Bermuda for 4 weeks over the summer of 2020.

The internship is open to all school leavers and those currently studying for a university degree. Over the course of the Program, the Intern will rotate across Underwriting, Operations, Finance, HR, Legal and Risk & Compliance gaining developing technical and personal skills.

For 2020, the internship will run from 29 June 2020 for 4 weeks, until 24 July 2020.

Before you start the application process you’ll need two things:·

  • Your CV
  • A link to a 30 second video of yourself telling us what makes you different (we’d recommend YouTube or Vimeo)
