Interested in re-entering the workforce and relaunching your career in a high performing organisation with a strong and differentiated culture that sees you as untapped talent? Read on…
Every gap in a career is filled with something – it’s how you view the mindset, attitude and ability of the individual around that gap that matters. At Convex, we are seeking diversity of thought to drive our business goals; we care about delivery, not micro-management. We employ experienced, talented individuals and give them the tools to drive their own success. We’ve created our Returners Programme for people who are interested in re-entering the workforce and relaunching their career with us. Successful applicants will join in specific critical roles within Convex, and you will be supported to learn all areas of the business. We’ll buddy you up with another ‘Convexian’ (that is what we call ourselves!) to help you successfully transition back to work and you will take part in a Career Returners Coaching Programme for ongoing support.
We are excited by our own journey to being the Insurer of Choice in a crowded industry. Our Values drive what we do and how we do it, and we’re all measured against them. So it’s safe to say we want to attract people who find these values resonate with them. As an organisation, we care about our Convexians. We believe that family comes first and we regularly take time to remind each other to focus on issues like mental health & wellbeing. We are committed to creating an environment where everyone is valued. We have set out a suite of enhanced family friendly policies ranging from generous paternity, maternity and shared parental leave to supporting our Convexians with IVF leave or the menopause. We have an amazing office in London with access to a multi-faith room and a Wellness Room. The Wellness room is fitted out to:
As well as a competitive salary we offer 30 days’ holiday per annum (plus a day off for your birthday), 10% pension employer contribution, 5 x life assurance and private medical cover for you and your dependants.
We offer all flexible working options – including part-time, compressed hours and job share, so if you don’t see something thats suits you, why not suggest an option for us to consider?
Mental health and wellbeing are core areas of focus for us. We want everyone to help and support each other, and more importantly to reach out and speak up if they don’t feel great mentally. Prior to and during lockdown, we partnered with an external provider to run sessions focused on our mental health and wellbeing, including sessions on building resilience and understanding the importance of our physical health. We also have a number of Mental Health First Aiders.
