We’ve created our Returners Programme for people who are interested in re-entering the workforce and putting their career back on track with us. Successful applicants will join in key roles within Convex, and you will be supported to learn about the business. We’ll buddy you up with another ‘Convexian’ (that is what we call ourselves) to help you successfully transition back to work and you will take part in a Career Returners Coaching Programme for ongoing support.

- A 6-month Returnship format with the intention of a permanent role at the end
- You’ll join as part of a Returner cohort of individuals
- Start date 6 February 2026
- Our programme offers you coaching, a supportive manager and a buddy
