We are looking for unique talented individuals to come and experience life as a Convexian in the insurance company of the future.
This programme runs for nine weeks over the summer with roles in functions such as Underwriting, Finance, Compliance, HR to name a few. Through the nine weeks, interns take on key responsibilities within their teams and also have the chance to get involved in a collaborative project.
We invest in our talent with multiple interns returning into permanent roles. It is a great chance to earn your reputation and make that impression.
London – Starting on 24 June to 23 August
Bermuda – Starting on 3 June to 2 August
We live our values day to day and they play a key role in how we recruit.
Along with your CV, we ask you to answer two questions in different formats.
The first is to create and upload a video that demonstrates how you “Enjoy Being Different”. This is one of our values and it allows us to find not just the brightest interns, but those that will challenge the status quo and bring new ideas. We genuinely want to know about you, not just what is on your CV and the more creative the video the better.
We are keen to have interns who are passionate about their chosen fields. We ask for a written answer to why you have applied for the chosen role (or roles if there are multiple). It is okay if you don’t know what career path you want to take, just make sure to tell us why you are Inspired By this Opportunity!
Once you have applied, every application is reviewed by a member of the people team. If successful through this stage, you will be invited to a virtual interview. Following this, the top applicants will be invited to come into the office for a final interview.
We hope to conduct these interviews through March to mid-April
