I joined the Convex Commercial D&O team in August 2020 and have been an integral part of building the portfolio to date. Prior to Convex I spent over a decade in Financial Lines at AIG as a primary major account underwriter, latterly leading one of the D&O teams in London for over 5 years. I’ve also been fortunate to experience working in developing markets spending a number of years underwriting in Dubai growing a Financial Lines portfolio across the GCC.
I joined Convex because I wanted to work with the best people, empowered to grow a profitable portfolio, backed by a data driven and legacy free platform. A complementary mix of primary underwriting expertise and both retail and wholesale broking experience within the team, brings a great diversity of thought and challenges every decision we make.
We partner with a diverse range of clients across almost all commercial/non-FI sectors and across most geographies. We predominantly focus on the medium to large publicly traded D&O sector but we do also provide solutions for growing midcap or large private clients.
Our aim is to build long-term relationships with both clients and brokers by meeting their needs adeptly and efficiently. Although our book is growing, the result for the client or broker will always be the same: access to the best people, knowledge, service and solutions in the market.
